We are a member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. We are joined together as a Synod because of our common faith and doctrine, and working together with the synod promotes doctrinal clarity and unity in various ways and work together to "Make disciples of all nations."
Our local South Dakota District of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.
It is one of 35 districts that make up the LCMS.
Our local South Dakota LWML district provides women opportunities for spiritual growth and equips and nurtures them to use their God-given gifts to serve the Lord in home, church, community and the world. We gather locally in our church, our zone (the Milbank zone), our district (South Dakota district) and also work with our national LWML organization. Our mission goal for 2021-2023 is $2,175,000!
Orphan Grain Train is a Christian volunteer network that ships donated food, clothing, medical and other needed items to people in 69 different countries including the USA.
We have a collection center in Milbank, SD and Mt. Olive members join with other congregations/LWML zone to help pack "mercy meals" and other donations throughout the year.
Main Street Living is a regional Lutheran Television program endorsed
by the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod.

Lutheran Hour Ministries (LHM) is committed to sharing the Gospel and provides free and for purchase media (radio, videos, devotions etc) to people around the world; more than 163 million times each week in 60 different countries.

Lutheran Family Service is there for people in their time of need providing a variety of services including unplanned pregnancy support, marriage counseling, mental health counseling, adoption services, church worker wellness, and youth and elderly outreach. Lutheran Family Services also offers a number of congregational outreach programs designed to equip people with what they need to successfully manage life challenges before they become a crisis.
