The trustees are responsible for the maintenance of the physical properties of the congregation:

1. They shall have charge of the property of the congregation and keep it in good repair.
2. They shall have power to draw upon the treasury of the congregation up to the amount of $400.00 without special resolution of the congregation for emergency repairs.
3. At each meeting they shall submit their proposed projects with an estimate of expenses for such projects.
4. They shall transact all business of the congregation assigned to them by the congregation.
5. On any expenditure in the congregation exceeding $200.00, the board of trustees shall, whenever feasible, obtain comparative price quotes and submit these to the Voters' Assembly.
6. The trustees shall reach every decision as a unit and not act individually.
